Deer Park

Deer Park is another large park, well maintained and very mature. You shall happen to see young people playing badminton & children practicing cricket but at the same time you can spot deer and peacocks hidden behind a bush. The serenity and peace in the park make you forget quickly that Delhi is in a huge city, noisy and dusty. The extras of the park: There is a large lake (do not expect to be able to swim there but it's still nice!). There are some ruins of buildings dating back to the Mughal era.
