Sukh Mahal or Sukh Palace is a prime tourist attraction of Bundi. Sukh Mahal is located on Sukh Sagar Lake. It is a nice palace especially for the summer. Sukh Sagar Lake is surrounded by a lush garden of greenery. It is said that there is an old tunnel that connects this palace to the old palace of Bundi. Sukh Mahal was built as summer palace by Rao Ummed Singh. Located at the periphery of Sukh Sagar Lake and surrounded by a terraced garden, Sukh Mahal now houses a museum to explore rich history and cultural lineage of the Hada dynasty.
