Rajasthan attracts the tourists from all across the globe for its glorious history, royal palaces, gargantuan forts, finely carved temples, exotic lifestyle – royal as well as rustic, desert safaris, colourful fairs, lively festivals and local markets stuffed with inexhaustible cornucopia of handicraft products. 13 Days Splendid Rajasthan Tour is one of a meticulously designed Rajasthan holiday packages that not only showcases the royal Rajasthan but also brings you closer to the very landscape, culture, traditions and hues and colours of the Land of the Rajput. The subtle folk music and colourful handicrafts do not evade the valour of the Rajputs which evidently is obvious through the rugged and mighty forts. For centuries Rajasthan and its Maharajas have exercised a fascination for foreign imaginations, inspiring stories of rivers of blood, of women throwing themselves on the funeral pyres of their husbands rather than submit to Muslim capture, of wild excess and generosity, of intrigue and betrayal, of codes of honour, devotion and loyalty, of sybaritic pleasure and extravagant piety. The Maharajas of Rajasthan were all this and more. The greatest concentration of forts and palaces in the world is to be found in Rajasthan, where these were built by the warrior clan of Rajputs. Along with glimpses of Rajasthan, you will witness the grandiose and subtle monuments like Red Fort, Qutub Minar and Akshardham Temple in Delhi and poetry in white marble -Taj Mahal in Agra.
