4 Days Dharamshala Hill Station Tour takes one to cultural hill resort in the lap of the Himalayas. Located at the upper reaches of the Kangra valley, Dharamshala is one of the prettiest hill stations of Himachal Pradesh. The hill station is known for the soothing ambiance along with non-chaotic well settled life away from the hustle bustle of the cities. Entire city has a beautiful sight of thick deodar cedar trees that gives a countryside feeling to the entire place. Dharamshala is the home town of Tibetan Buddhist guru Dalai Lama and is also one of the best places on Earth to experience the Buddhist and Tibetan culture. To have a quick getaway from the cities for rejuvenation, Dharamshala has to be one of the best because it has so much to offer to the tourists along with serenity. While the pine trees still remain the delight to the sight of the visitors, there are so many monasteries, churches, and temples that occupy the tourists’ time. Since Dharamshala is a small town, 3/4 days are enough to explore the place. Here is an itinerary, spanning over 3 nights & 4 days. The Dharamshala Hill Station Tour commences from Delhi, reaches Dharamshala and ends at Delhi. This single destination tour of Dharamshala lets a tourist observe and feel a mélange of Kangra & Tibetan cultures. Day 1

Delhi to Chandigarh

The base city of our journey is New Delhi. The journey starts from Delhi when our representative picks you up from Delhi airport / railway station / bus station or desired spot. After five hours of comfortable drive, reach Chandigarh to be checked in at pre-booked hotel. You can take rest in the hotel for some time. Early noon, step out to explore Chandigarh for some time. In this half day tour of the city, you will be taken to important places like Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake, Rose Garden and Pinjore Garden.

Post enjoying the sight-seeing tour in Chandigarh, you will be taken to the hotel room to enjoy your dinner and have a good night sleep.

Day 2

Chandigarh to Dharamshala

The next morning, you got to check out from the hotel post having your breakfast. This is the day when the drive to Dharamshala starts. The views that you get in the route of Dharamshala is extremely beautiful with the sight of snow-clad Dhauladhar ranges of the Himalayas. An extremely delightful village on the way is Una which is again a magical place to stop by and enjoy the beauty.

For the lunch, the drive stops by at a motel on the highway. You will reach Dharamshala around early evening and will be taken straight to your pre-booked hotel. The evening definitely happens to be very cold and it is suggested to acclimatize to weather. Chill out spending rest of your day. But, if you wish to sally out and enjoy the ambience, you can yourself step out to explore the vicinity. In the itinerary, the day is kept free for your own activities or leisure. The dinner will be served in the hotel itself that you could enjoy and have a good night sleep.

Day 3

Dharamshala tour

The third day of your trip starts with an early morning breakfast in your hotel. Step out to explore the beautiful city of Dharamshala. Since it is a full day tour of the city, you will be taken to all famous tourist attractions in Dharamshala like Dalai Lama’s village, Bhagsunath Temple, St. John's Church and Dal Lake.

You will also be taken to the highest point in Dharamshala that is Talnoo. It gives the best views of Dhauladhar ranges. Mcleodgunj is near Dharamshala and you will explore this place too.

Post day-long sightseeing and exploration of Dharamshala, you will be taken to the hotel to have dinner and spend the night there itself.

Day 4

Dharamshala to Delhi

The day starts pretty early today. Freshen up, have delicious breakfast in the hotel and depart for Delhi. Get back in the car to start the road trip back to Delhi. Keep enjoying beautiful road trip to New Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, you will be directly transferred to either airport or place of your stay.

We would require 50% advance payment to secure your bookings and process the file. We accept bank transfers and payment by credit cards through PAYPAL international payment gateway only. Balance amount needs to be paid on arrival in India by cash, Traveller’s Cheques or credit cards. All credit card payments are subject to 4.88% bank fees.

Cancellation Terms:

50% cancellation if cancelled within 45 days.

75% cancellation if cancelled within 30 days.

100% cancellation if cancelled 15 day or less.
