Delhi - Agra - Jaipur Tour

Arrive at the international airport of New Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, you will be greeted by our representative at the airport, who awaits you in the arrival hall. Meet, greet and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax and have overnight stay in the hotel.

This morning, the meeting will take place with your guide in Delhi hotel’s lobby. You will enjoy today excursion of Old & New Delhi. This modern capital of India attracts millions of tourists for its historical monuments that tell the saga of the rise and fall of many dynasties. The sightseeing tour includes Red Fort (from outside) & Jama Masjid. It is Red Fort from where the Prime Minister of India addresses the nation on Republic Day. Both of these monuments of Mughal era and were built by Shah Jahan. Exploration of 400 years old Chandni Chowk market by riding on manually - pedaled rickshaw. Then proceed to visit Akshardham Temple. Hereinafter, move for visiting Qutub Minar. On the way to Qutub Minar, watch India Gate (a colonialera War Memorial) and President House (from a distance).

After Delhi’s exploration, drive to Agra. On arrival at Agra, check in at the hotel for overnight stay.

Today, you will a glimpse of the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Taj Mahal is a mausoleum built by Shah Jahan to immortalize his love for wife Mumtaj Mahal. Early morning proceed to Taj Mahal to discover the beauty of the white marble architecture of Taj Mahal at sunrise. Besides the symmetry of glowing marble, explore the intricate carvings on the walls of the Taj Mahal. Pose photo with Taj, it will be a more dynamic and possessed memorabilia of your India tour.

Having seen Taj Mahal, return to hotel, relax, refresh, have breakfast and move for visiting Agra Fort, one of the masterpieces of Mughal architecture. There are palaces, halls, gardens inside the fort. Akbar started the construction of the fort and was completed by Shah Jahan. The interiors of the palace are decorated with stone sculptures and other forms of Mughal arts.

Now, move towards Jaipur. On the way to Jaipur, about 40 kms from Agra is situated the “ghost city” of Fatehpur Sikri. The Fatehpur Sikri was Akbar's former capital. It is said that Akbar built Fatehpur Sikri, when he was rewarded with a son after blessing of a fakir Salim Christi. Fatehpur Sikri was left over four centuries after it was abandoned due to lack of water. Thanks to the highly durable red sandstone with which monuments of Fatehpur Sikri were built and so remain well preserved. It is a fascinating place to explore.

Then continue driving to the pink city and on arrival you will be transferred to Jaipur hotel for overnight stay.

Jaipur was once the capital of the princely state of Jaipur. Jaipur is the first planned city of India built by Sawai Jai Singh. Visiting Jaipur is a dream for millions of tourists because it is the city that keeps alive Rajput tradition and it is the door to more exotic destinations of kaleidoscopic Rajasthan. Today in the morning you will visit the Amber Fort. Amber was once the capital of Amer princely state and it was then moved to Jaipur. The most exciting experience to Amber Fort is for sure the elephant ride. After Amber Fort visit, go back to the city and lunch. After lunch, visit Hawa Mahal, City Palace & Yantra Mandir (Jantar Mantar- a stone and metals built astrological observatory). Jaipur is fantastic in itself. You can have a good time, even without discovering anything. The markets of Jaipur are paradise for shoppers. You can buy jewelry, carpets, stone carvings, paintings, etc.

Late afternoon, approximately around 5 pm, you will be driven to New Delhi. It will take approx 6 hrs to reach New Delhi. On arrival at New Delhi, you will be transferred directly to the airport to board flight for your onward destination.
