Day 1

Varanasi Arrival – Prayagraj – Kumbh Mela visit

On arrival at Varanasi airport / railway station/ hotel / residence, you will be welcomed by our representative. You will be described the contours of the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela Guided Photography Tour from Varanasi. Later, you will be driven to Prayagraj to visit spiritually-laden festivity. On arrival at Prayagraj, you will be directly transferred to the pre-booked tented accommodation. Relax for a while and proceed to explore Kumbh Mela. Religious rites, gatherings to attend spiritual discourses, holy dips into Triveni Sangam, bathing pilgrims during sunset etc offer innumerable opportunities for photography aficionados. Even the scenes with the camp and tents are photographed by avid photographers. Have dinner and night stay in the tent located in a camp in Prayagraj.

Day 2

Explore Kumbh Mela - Departure

The activities start at the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati rivers (Triveni Sangam) very early in the morning, even before the dawn. The sadhus, saints, pilgrims and devotees congregate on the shores of the Sangam to have holy dip in the pious Ganga. During Shahi Snan, ‘naga sadhus’ of Niranjani Akhara & Juna Akhara enjoy prerogative to dive first into the Sangam water at designated ‘muhurt’. Thereafter, in prescribed order, other akharas, ashramas, religious gurus, sadhus, saints and pilmrims take bath. It’s perfect setting for photography. People performing ablution to and worship of rising is a sight to behold and capture into camera. Visit various ashramas and take photographs of Naga Sadhus, obviously taking their consent.

Late afternoon, as per your schedule, you will be either transferred to Prayagraj airport / railway station or driven back to Varanasi to transfer to the airport / airport for your onward destination.

We would require 50% advance payment to secure your bookings and process the file. We accept bank transfers and payment by credit cards through PAYPAL international payment gateway only. Balance amount needs to be paid on arrival in India by cash, Traveller’s Cheques or credit cards. All credit card payments are subject to 4.88% bank fees.

Cancellation Terms:

50% cancellation if cancelled within 45 days.

75% cancellation if cancelled within 30 days.

100% cancellation if cancelled 15 day or less.
